We started out by introducing TeleHealth / Telemedicine to practices back when it still needed explanation. Then, by adding ancillary service bundles they can offer to their patients as a value add. Technology was, and still is at the forefront of what we look for when adding value to a practice.
There was then a division where we started grouping these services to service the Personal Injury industry. We identified top quality medical professionals in different niches and locations and matched them with unique and qualified personal injury cases that required their specialty. A capital company was formed to provide factoring services and even developed a software platform that housed all aspects of that world.
It was through the above efforts over time that we started introducing and suggesting certain new technologies for preventative medicine, diagnosing, and for treating pain. Now, we have made that a major part of our business. We distribute effective devices and services that are laser specific to certain medical needs for patients. These services must also be fiscally sound for the bottom line of the practice. A much needed efficiency.
Lastly, we at VHS think long term for our clients. Helping practice owners and high level medical providers success in business also provides options for the future. Whether it involves something major such as a sale of the practice or, as simple as structuring retirement programs for themselves and their key employees. Both co-founders of VHS have an extensive finance and insurance background.
